Additionally, please be aware that although we do not review all audio, video, or chat content on the service (collectively, “Communications Content”), we reserve the right to do so as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including but not limited to reviewing and monitoring (or permitting third parties such as law enforcement personnel to review or monitor) Communications Content and other collaboration and communications activity in the following circumstances: (a) to respond to support requests; (b) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; (c) as we deem necessary or advisable in good faith to conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; or (d) to enforce our agreements with you, including our terms of service, and including investigations of potential violations thereof. As a condition of using Sococo, you agree and consent to the saving of chat content, as well as the reviewing and monitoring of Communications Content.

In addition to using cookies and related technologies as described above, certain portions of our Site may also use third-party analytics providers to analyze users’ use of the Site. These analytics providers provide us with aggregated data that we may use and disclose for various purposes. For example, we may use the information to control the number of times you have seen an ad, deliver ads tailored to your interests, and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.

Additionally, we may rely on or permit third-party companies to perform the functions described in the above paragraph, including, but not limited to, displaying ads tailored to your interests on third-party websites. These third-party companies may deliver ads that might also place cookies and otherwise track user behavior on the Site and on third-party websites.
